About Us

Mama O.: So long story short, I am a soon to be a…gulp, 30 year old woman, wife, and mom. My husband and I met in the summer of 2003. We married a day shy of two months later while he was enlisted in the Navy. Shortly after we decided to try and start a family. We ended up having multiple miscarriages, and traveled the crazy often chaotic road of infertility during which we were blessed with THREE amazing little boys in three and a half years! (Who would have thunk it!) My husband has since got out of the Navy, and currently works as a mechanical engineer while also going to school full time with hopes of one day following his passion into ministry. My current employment is that of a domestic goddess, aka stay at home mom. We are in our third fixer-upper home with endless projects constantly surrounding us. Basically we are an insane family of five, with a continued hope of growing even larger ( not 19 Kids and Counting Larger, but larger none the less), in the trenches trying to do this complicated, amazing, difficult, yet joy filled “Life” thing in a way that would glorify God.
